Our rice miso miso - the elegant big sister of the light miso. Due to the extra long fermentation time of the soybeans, our miso miso has twice the amount of umami. The slightly reddish color and the beautiful shine make it a real eye-catcher.
Full-bodied, strong, clear and with a balanced acidity, it reminds us of our beloved pumpernickel from childhood. Rice miso miso tastes like a liaison of dried figs, caramel malt and the finest genmaicha green tea.
Add a small amount of miso miso to your dishes and you will be amazed at the explosion of flavor in your mouth. You can use it everywhere instead of salt and create the most delicious miso eggplant, tasty soups, sweet and salty granola and probably the best tomato sauce.

So that you can enjoy your miso miso as quickly as possible, we always ship on Mondays and Tuesdays with DPD (so we can guarantee that your products will not be left lying around over the weekend). Please make sure that you are at home on the day of delivery. We have chosen plastic-free materials that will bring your products to you safely and chilled.
We care about our nature and ask you not to order individual products. How about a group order with friends or family, for example?
